This frame is the workhorse of the aluminum CX editions I build. The stripped-down simplicity and stable handling of this frame makes it well suited to being ridden hard. The flat mount brake, contoured chain stays and tapered head tube are about as current as you’ll find in an aluminum frame. The 7005 tubing offers a stiffness that really isn’t available in any other material. The weight of the frame is usually around 3 1/2 lbs. making it a full lb. lighter than a steel version in the same size.The geometry of this frame can be tuned to work with a variety of forks.
